You MUST try Ephesus in West Seattle. It's a Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant and SO delicious. I went there this week with a friend and her Turkish exchange student--the Turkish student gave Ephesus 2 authenticacy thumbs up! Note: it is not open on Mondays.
